Replace color -> Tolerance not working

When I change value tolerance in the replace color action, it has no effect.

MacOS 10.14.5

I am having the same problem,

I am using XnConvert Version 1.80 - windows x64 (Mar 2 2019) - Libformat version 7.26

OS version Windows 10 Home Ed, ver 1803

when trying to replace the green background with white in attached picture, it only removes the color I selected from screen,

regardless of the tolerance settings from 0 to 100; even after I removed the green channel and turned it into grey scale,

it still only replaces the grey color I selected, please help.

I have the same problem:

I try to change the blues into violets/indigo without touching Gold, and turn off all alphas/transparency. The second part (turning off alpha) work, tolerancy on color change, not so much.

To reproduce:
1. Open XNView MP
2. Choose file to Batch Converter Lucius_2_leather_warfrontsalliance_d_01_gold.png
3. Choose
4. Chose in Action, Change Color -> color A from screen blue; color B Indigo; Tolerance 100 than 50

Actual behaviour (bug): Change only of exact color, no matter the number in tolerance

Expected behaviour: Change of colors and similar ones
