Drag and Drop into Favorites

Coming from ACDSEE the one feature I miss the most is the ability to drag and drop into "Favorites"
ACDSEE had a section of shortcuts where you could add folders and .... shortcuts on the fly. That allowed me to load it with my most used destinations and move and sort file quickly.
I would suggest one way of doing this wold be to add another panel to docks with FOLDERS and FAVORITES that would allow this
