When I try to import from my SD Card, XnView does not correctly import the .jpg files. It seems to leave off the first part of the filename (before the dot) and then thinks it's importing files on top of each other.
So DSC1.JPG comes in as just ".JPG" and then DSC2.JPG comes in as ".JPG" too. XnView knows it's overwriting the file so it asks to replace or make a copy.
Am I doing something wrong? If so, it's not intuitive.

I think you must check "new name", and let {filename} in this field
