Full screen RAW issues

Hi all,
After checking the option "Camera Raw, use: Half Size", anytime I go fullscreen on any raw file there is severe yellow tint to the image. If I go back to Camera Raw use "Embedded Preview", it doesn't occur.. however then the image is not sharp enough (these are 60mp images)

I tried with Sony RAW and Canon RAW files.. all display yellow tint. Any ideas? It only shows this way in XnView and not other programs.

Do you have tried to change settings in 'Load formats>Camera RAW'? I use dcraw RAW engine, and this can happened following checked options
