When clicking on the toolbar button "JPG lossless transformations", the dialog for JPG lossless transformations appears. But there is no "Dialog..." in the menu of that toolbar button.
(Not 100% sure with this one, but the other toolbar buttons "File operations" has all the menu items, including the one which appears when directly clicking on the toolbar button).
