re positioning after zooming

if i zoom in on an image so that it spills over in all four directions, there are no scroll bars.
i can move the image up/down with the up/down arrows.
however, the left/right arrows change the entire image to a new one.
this isn't intuitive and not really helpful.
not sure exactly what was intended either.

I agree ... it makes it difficult to move around a zoomed graphic but ... you get used to it
