drag drop from web browser directly to xnview

Is there a way for an image to appear in folder that allows me to navigate only in xnview, for example drag and drop image from web browser into xnview thumbnails as it is in browser, whether .jpg or .png (usually) and NOT as .bmp? The way I do it now is drag and drop from browser to Windows Explorer, and then image appears in xnviewmp thumbnails just fine, but it seems like an extra step if xnviewmp somehow does this directly without the unwanted bmp conversion. I've tried drag drop to thumbnail pane, to folder in navigator pane and looked everywhere I can think of to find a solution.
