XnView: MP 0.96 - 64 bit

I can't create any tags. I've tried to import a tag list from a .txt file, but nothing happens; I've right click on one picture and go to the Tag, but nothing happens; I've also gone to the Filter of tags windows, right click and click Create a new tag, and nothing happens neither. In short, Tag in any of its form, doesn't respond at all.
Effect: I can't tag any picture because I can't create any tag before.
Actual behaviour (bug): Tag command doesn't work at all when trying to create or import tags, so I can't tag any picture.
Expected behaviour: Tags should be able to be created, shouldn't be?
