Good dialog between darktable and XnViewMP

Hello,

I'm getting some trouble trying to make darktable and XnViewMP share XML sidecar files.

I'm pretty sure that XnViewMP is mature on this aspect, dartable team is making it's best and it is probably me that is making wrong choices with metadata settings...

Before being more accurate in my questions, I would like to know If there are people happy with the way dt and xnviewMP work together ?
