XnConvert Standalone not showing Action Move Up/Down icons

I have noticed that the standalone version of xnConvert (1.85) does not show the Up or down move icons. The actions/functions are there so if you know where about they are you can use them. Since I primarily used the standalone version of XnConvert I never knew they were there I just stumbled across this because a feature I request was only available through the newer version on XnView that initiates XnConvert.

Just wanted to report the missing icons
