"New category" command improvement request

Hello,

A category can be easily and quickly created by a "right-click > New category" on an existing category in the categories pane. This way of creating is interesting because no category is added to any image.

Two small improvement would make the use of this command more friendly :

1. Create the category just above the right-clicked one. At the time being the category is created at the alphabetical position of "New category" so user has to scroll to edit its new name.

2. When new name is edited, the category should go at its alphabetical position, or (perhaps better) add a command "refresh view of category tree/list" that when executed puts all categories at their right place.
