Update sidecar file only

Hi,
I'd like to suggest the option, that metadata changes can be written *only* to the sidecar file.

In my workflow I prefer to keep original Out-of-camera-files unmodified. When I assign a label/rating to a file, the metadata are written both to the sidecar and the JPG-file. Setting the JPG-file to Read-only, does not help, as XnViewMP changes the attribute of the JPG-file to read/write.

Hence, currently there is only the choice between modifying the JPG and no metadata at all. For this, I'd like to suggest to introduce the option, that metadata are written to the JPG, to the sidecar file or to both files.
