Hi,
i use xnviewmp to prepair my images files for the following ocr process when i create an ebook. The ocr software has problems to detect flowing text when the text begins at one side (image) and ends at an other side (image). Here i have to edit this manually. This works better when i merge the images to one big file. The ocr software can import images up to 32.000px. This is enough to merge all images of a chapter to one file. But its hard to find the images only using the file managers preview function and then use image magick. Can i do this with xnviewmp? The preview is much faster. Simply highlight the matching images and then merge them?

ps. i don't mean multipage images. when i have 2 images with hight 100px then after merging them i have 1 image with 200px height.

That seems an unusual workflow...
Have you looked in the XnView MP browser at Create > Join images... which might do what you need?
