Dialog boxes on 2nd monitor

If XnView is on the 2nd monitor all dialog boxes open on the 1st one. I think it's not convenient - but default they should be open on the same monitor as XnView and keep position till XnView is closed

IIRC the "dual monitor usage" os an old problem of XnView. I also fail always to get a "rectangle screenshot" from 2nd monitor.

But yes - it should be fixed ...
