0.96.5 - file copy prevent drag & drop operations in other programs

I used XnViewMP 0.96.5 64bit under Windows 10 and copied picture folders (around 15 GB data) from harddisk to usb stick with dag & drop.
The copy process works correctly, but I can not use drag & drop functions in other programs. Why is it blocked?
PC: Intel 8700k + Asus Z370-F + 48 GB RAM Corsair+G.Skill + Asus RTX 3050 OC + Samsung SSD

do you have same issue with 0.97.0?
