0.97.0: openjp2.dll error when starting xnviewmp

XnView: MP 0.97.0 - 32-bit
OS: Windows 10 - 32-bit

Effect: error on starting application

To reproduce:
1. install last version and start application
Actual behaviour (bug): Error message will be displayed.
Even when you click on Ok it does not respond and seems to hang.

Expected behaviour: no error

Workaound: I just replaced the mentioned dll by the one that was in my XnView 2.49.3 installaion and it seem to work (with any error and hanging).
