0.97.1 After close/reopen session saved favorites are missing. Simply disappearing...

Hi,
As shown in the screen-recording (https://bit.ly/39cZREw), after close/reopen an XnView session, the favorites I saved withim the previous sesions are missing. They simply disappeared. I tested several times, and the problem keeps happening.
Is this a bug? Could I try any setting tweaking to try fixing it?

Yes, I have.
As shown in the screen-recording (https://bit.ly/3gRtRYI) I performed some tests and noticed:
- The bookmarks were loaded when XnView was running with Administrator rights.
- When XnView is running normally, without Admin rights, it can write other configuration settings, but bookmark.
- It seems the bookmark file got corrupted somehow.
- After renaming it a new writable bookmark.ini file was created.
Does it sound a security access problem from my side (that I couldn't solve), or would there be any chance the bookmark file got corrupted somehow?
