0.98: Cannot load XMP template model

XnView: MP 0.98 - 64 bit
OS: Windows

In menu option Tools/metadata/XMP edition, we cannot load any template file (button seems inactive)

Effect: Button inactive, we cannot load the template, we have to type all default XML options everytime we want to fill new image metadata.

To reproduce:
1. Go in Tools/metadata/XMP edition
2. Press Load template (as seen in screenshot)

Actual behaviour (bug): Pressing "Load XML template" button is inactive

Expected behaviour: Pressing "Load XML template" will display file browsing popup to choose which template to load.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 0.98.1. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
