context-sensitive help?

I have a fresh installation of XnView MP 0.98.1 under Windows 10 Pro x64. Many of the dialog boxes, in particular the one for "Similar files result", have a question mark near the right hand corner of the title bar, just by the "X" which closes the window. Normally I would expect a click on this symbol to open a help article related to the current window. Instead clicking on it just brings up a European-style "prohibited" sign (a circle with a diagonal bar). Is this simply a function which isn't yet implemented, or do I need to install something to make it work?
