Does XnView have a picture Stretch feature that fills the entire monitor?

Is there a Stretch feature that can be turned on temporarily so when you open a picture it fills the monitor completely in all directions?

And stays that way as you go on to the next picture... It's not just to apply to a current picture, it stays so the next picture fills the monitor completely in all directions.
