Fonts too big / GUI bloated

I have been using XnView MP since I went from Windows 7 to 10. I have new a new machine with an up-to-date Windows 10 installed from scratch. On previous set-up I had no problems with my operating system configuration of:

Setting > Ease Of Access > Display > Make everything bigger > Change the size of aps and text on the main display > 150%

But now it is like this: when I choose 100% then XnView looks "OK" to me [with elements in sizes like for ants] and when I choose 125% the OS seems to be enlarging this software accordingly. But when I change to 150%, then the jump in sizes is just huge, ending me with GUI looking more like like 200%. But changing this setting to 175 / 200 / 225 still enlarges the elements - although in an almost unnoticeable way




Previously I had been using 3440 x 1440 native resolution with version x64 0.93.1 and now I run on 3600 x 1600 with 0.98.0. And I do not have this issue with other multiple pieces of software that I am using



And on a side note. Even of I do make XnView run with normal 150%: how do I make the vertical spaces between files smaller on the list of files in the main window?

In version x64 0.98.1 this seems to be fixed
