B1: Reopen without message box

In 1.82 we have "F5" key as shortcut for "File > Reopen". This will reopen the file and all changes made to the opened image will be thrown away.
I think rather than directly reopening there should be a message box asking whether the user really wants to reopen the image and throw away previous changes.

Fixed in b2.

Error in message, should read "and cancel changes" not "canceled".
I hope there is an option in Options to restore warning after chosing "Do not show this message again"?
