I attach xnview.ini and URL showing the BUG!!!

Sorry, i have unable to upload video and .ini file here because restrictions of file type "ini" and size of .mp4. However i attach file on youtube video description.
I need to report a bug because still persist on any new release i downloaded.
Hope the team can find the error and fix it.

You should be able to upload any file format if you put the file in a ZIP or similar archive, 2MiB the current attachment size limit, otherwise there is the option to upload to a file hosting service and provide the download link.
