deletion of an XMP tags

Hello Pierre,

I am working on a Windows 10 system with version 0.98.2.

I have selected only 1 file.
In order to delete an existing IPTC-IIM value (e.g. credits - byline) I clear this field and press "write" in "Edit IPTC..." dialog.
Now this tag is cleared/removed.
All settings for multi-selection options are not taken into account.

In order to delete a XMP value (e.g. City) I do the same; but the value is only removed in case of the multi-selection option "keep original value if new value is empty" is un-checked.

Edit IPTC... and Edit XMP... should behave in same way.

Thanks to your detailed description I can reproduce the problem.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 0.98.3. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
