XnView: MP 0.98.2 - 64 bit
OS: Windows 10 - 64bit
I am currently scanning slides and using XnViewMP (0.98.2) to monitor the destination directory. When a new image comes in, the thumbnail is not updated once the image is saved by the scanner software. In XnView Classic it works, as the following movie shows (left: XnView Classic; right: XnViewMP):
