TWAIN scan to current directory

I have to scan a lot of different documents and sort them out every time after scanning them all. I think it would be more convenient to just scan to current directory where the browser is at, so I think it would be nice to have an option for that. It would work really well even if I can just right click where I want the scan to end up to, and then click "Scan here" or something like that.

I'm hoping to see your opinion on it even if you think it's unnecessary! Thanks!
