b1: Symbols for Filenames in Fullscreen

Post by ckit »

This is another XnView and Firefox cache issue.

- Select a picture in the Firefox cache in Browse mode
- Press F11 for Fullscreen
- The filename at the top is symbols or looks like asian text.

If I try on any other file on the hard outside the cache, the problem does not exist.

Sample has been sent and I went one better and created a screenshot of the same file being displayed in XnView as the one sent.

Image

Filename should say "08CDB02Ad01"

Also, I should point out that is only a problem when this file is in Firefox's cache folder. Place this file in any other folder and XnView can display the filename perfectly.
