b1: Can't store cache on removable drive.

Xnview will not store cache on removable USB or virtual disk when the main program is on fixed HD. Alternate location for Cache>Directory works on fixed HD only. However, when running Xnview program located on USB, it will store cache in its subdirectory. I don't know if this is by design or a problem.
