lost toolbar dropdown menu item

I used to have a drop down menu on the toolbar that let me set levels, contrast and colors. Its gone and I don’t know how to re-instate it.

OK found it in the View sub menu but not in the Browse sub menu. any way ir could be in the Browse menu too?
