Subject: 0.99.1: Edit GPS Data tool not saving signed lat long (e.g. W switching to E)
XnView: MP 0.99.1 - 64-bit
OS: Windows 10 - 64-bit
Effect: Images saved with incorrect GPS locations.
To reproduce:
1. Select an image or group of images.
2. Open Tools > Metadata > Edit GPS Data
3. Either enter a negative decimal Longitude or "W" Sexagesimal.
4. Press "Write"
5. View GPS location in "Info" pane, or open "Edit GPS Data" tool again and view Longitude changed to positive decimal, and "E" Sexagesimal.
Actual behaviour (bug): Image saved with flipped positive / E longitude
Expected behaviour: Image saved with GPS co-ordinates as entered (maintained signed lat/long).
