Tool 'Modify Hour' set time to 0:0:0 [Solved]

Hello

The tool "Modify hour" case "Manual setting of date and hour" always sets the time part of the date as 0:0:0 for any entry of hour.
The "hour" entered is well displayed in the dialogue but the actual setting of the exif tag is 0:0:0.

running xnView MP V 0.99.0 on Win 10

Thanks for this wonderful software, and the hard work you put in. It makes my old family photos tagging almost easy.
