0.99.6: Print Selection: aspect ratio of preview image is distorted

XnView: MP 0.99.6 - 64-bit
OS: Windows 10 - 64-bit

Effect: Aspect ratio of preview image is distorted.

"Print Selection" causes aspect ratio of preview image to be distorted.

To reproduce:
1. View an image (any format).
2. Drag a selection rectangle anywhere on image. Make it long and narrow (compared to page size) for best effect of bug.
3. Go to File / Print Selection.
4. Print dialog appears, displaying Preview of printable image.

Actual behaviour (bug): Aspect ratio of preview image is distorted. This is what actually prints, as well.

Expected behaviour: Aspect ratio of preview image should match original image, unless choosing stretch-to-page option.
