0.99.6 ratings in file view are not saved

XnView: XnView MP Windows Version 0.99.6 64bits (Dec 10 2021)

OS: Windows 10 - 64-bit

Settings: XMP sidecar

Effect: rating ctrl+"number" is not saved in file view mode

XnView does not save ratings ctrl+"number" on files during file view or fullscreen view

To reproduce:
1. Browse a folder (JPEG format).
2. Select any image file.
3. Open file or fullscreen (view) using F11 key.
4. Press ctrl+"number"

Actual behaviour (bug): the rating will be shown in file view but not in browser view, when closing file rating is lost (only rating in browser view is saved)

Hi Pierre,

actually the rating is written in the XMP file.

But in browser view only visible after restart or when I go to "update catalog from files"

Or when I reopen the folder.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 0.99.7. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
