0.99.6: JPEG mode cannot be used when 32bit PNG is converted to TIFF

This is what I discovered in the process of researching the TIFF format. This photo happened to be saved as a 32-bit PNG.

Convert a 32bit to TIFF, and set JPEG mode.

Will be converted to an uncompressed TIFF.( Left )
However, after converting to 24-bit PNG, JPEG compression can be successfully performed. ( Right )

TIFF only support JPEG compression on 24bits image
