Converting JPG to SVG

I would like to convert a jpg file to an svg file. Is that possible? I do not see "svg" as an output option.

Inkscape can open a bitmap image file such as a JPEG file, vectorise the image and output the resulting vector image as an SVG file...

Welcome to the forum, katxox. XnView doesn't have write support for SVG.
