News popup when loading

Hello users receive this popup advertising the MP version in our citrix xenapp environment when loading xenapp classic. I haven't been able to find a setting to turn off the loading of this popup. Is there a way to stop this popup from coming up?

XnView Classic for Windows version 2.51.0
Libformat version 7.112

1. Start XnView.
2. Go to Info → About... to find the INI file location.
3. Quit XnView.
4. Open xnview.ini in a text editor (e.g. Notepad).
5. Go to the [Start] section of the file.
6. Change the value for AdShown from 0 to 1.
7. Save the changes.
8. Restart XnView.
