Copying folders and files straight from the Folder Tree

Post by josedumoretzsohn »

In the copying of folders and/or files within C:\ or from C:\ — straight from the Folder Tree (Folder/mouse right click/Copy To/Move To) — to, for instance, a pendrive, additionally to the options offered today I suggest the inclusion of the option "Overwrite". The reason is, when we edit many images in a folder, while preserving their filenames, "overwriting" the whole folder saves much time, as compared to — after the copying operation — opening the destination folder (within C: or outside C:) and deleting the original of the copies. Thank you for your attention. A photo of Settings/General follows, to illustrate this suggestion, which applies to "copying folders and files straight from the Folder Tree, not from the Thumbnail Panel, where the copying command already includes the "Overwrite" option.
