.\nconvert.exe -quiet -out gif -transpcolor 235 235 235 -dpi 230 -colors 256 -o .\ONLINE\%%_online.gif .\ROOT\*.psd
Why doesn't nconvert inked the transparent layer with the settings above?
the psd has two layers, both are transparent.
