JPEG XL 0.70 Release candidate is available

After more than one year of development, there is a new version of JPEG XL 0.70 available.
Maybe it is possible to update the JPEG XL libraries with one of the next XnViewMP releases.

libjxl v0.7.0 has been released a few days ago https://github.com/libjxl/libjxl/releases/tag/v0.7.0

Great! I tested the new JPEGXL 0.70 DLL with XnViewMP and it works!

You can download the the zip archiv from here:

https://github.com/libjxl/libjxl/releas ... static.zip

You must unpack the archive and rename the JPEGXL.DLL to LIBJPEGXL.DLL.
After that you copy the LIBJPEGXL.DLL and jxl_threads.dll-Files to the plugin folder within the XnViewMP directory.
