Double click on an image file behaviour

In Xnview double clicking on an image file was opening the image and background color at the same time. (full screen mode)
Now in Xnview Mp double clicking an image shows first the selected background color (very short) and then shows the image.
Much better to show the image and background color at the same time and not the background color first.
