1.3 BUG - UI - missing languages flags/description

XnView: MP 1.3.0 64bits (Sep 6 2022)
OS: Windows 64bit (21H1)

Description/flags of some languages are missing in Languages drop-down list.

Effect:
UX degrades slightly.

To reproduce:
1. download xnView MP archive, extract and run program
2. F12 - open seettings
3. go to General -> General tab -> open Languages drop-down

SUGGESTION - slightly update format for better visual representation
option 1: flag_icon, [2_letters_Code], name_in_national, author
option 2: flag_icon, [2_letters_Code], name_in_English, name_in_national, author

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.3.1. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
