1.3 BUG - UI - Remove alpha channel is always enabled

XnView: MP 1.3.0 64bits (Sep 6 2022)
OS: Windows 64bit (21H1)

Remove alpha channel option is always enabled, even for the images without alpha channel.

Effect:
UI only

To reproduce:
1. download xnView MP archive, extract and run program
2. open any .png image with alpha channel
3. goto Image -> press Remove alpha channel
4. Remove alpha channel option is still enabled
5. reopen file - Remove alpha channel option is still enabled

Expected behaviour:
Remove alpha channel option shall be disabled (gray) if image has no alpha channel.
At least it was like this in XnView Classic.
