1.4.0 - image/canvas resize - dialogs stretch due to windows scaling

Windows10 64bit (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Image/Canvas resize dialogs

Issue
Dialog's default size does not look nice with windows scaling <>100%.

To reproduce:
0. change Windows scaling to 150%
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. open image
3. press SHIFT+S to open Resize dialog, close it
4. press SHIFT+C to open Canvas Resize dialog, close it
- Both dialogs are stretched by default.
- Also there is strange gap in Canvas resize dialog between Height and 'Keep ratio' controls.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.5.0 beta. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
