1.3 - BUG - UI - 'set as wallpaper' dialog default background color

XnView: MP 1.3.0 64bits (Sep 6 2022)
OS: Windows 64bit (21H1), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Set as wallpaper dialog.
"Background color" option is blank in UI, however actual color is black.
Once changed it shows correct color.
Same issue as here.

To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. open any image
3. open 'Set as wallpaper' dialog: Tools menu -> Set as wallpaper...

Expected behaviour:
"Background color" option shall show actual default color (black)

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.3.1. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
