Support for IPTC Extensions (Date Created Circa & Others)

Hello,

Are there any plans on supporting edits on IPTC extension fields, specifically Date Created Circa? I have a lot of photos of Artwork and I need this to insert the date the artwork was painted. Let me know if this is in the works or not. Thanks!
