Clip studio files show wrong resolution in thumbnail view and preview

Hello,

.clip files show wrong resolution, for example my files are 3936x2160 and xnviewmp will show them as 1968x1080.

When I open them in clip studio the resolution is correct at 3936x2160.

When I convert files to jpeg using xnviewmp it will output the jpegs at the incorrect resolution, I have to run an action in batch convert to output them at the right resolution.

I am using Clip Studio Paint EX 1.12.3 and XNViewMP 1.3.1 however I have gone back a few versions in both software and it does the same thing.
