1.3.1 - browser - missing default action of toolbar's combobox buttons

XnView: MP 1.3.1
OS: Windows 64bit (21H1), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Missing default action on some toolbar's combobox buttons.

To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. open Browser mode
3. click on Toolbar buttons with combobox

Actual behaviour:

red - nothing happens - not OK
green - set star (1 to 5) - OK
blue - unknown action, maybe same as red

Expected behaviour:
red - if there are no any action assigned to combobox button, it shall open its items list on click (same behaviour as if you click on black triange).

Suggestion:
UX can be improved if XnView will memorize last item selected in combobox and repeat it on button's click.

i've checked, and currently it's not possible. I can only call the first menu item...

guess the same issue will be with this suggestion:
filter - add 'Last used Filter' functionality
