1.3.1 - Tags clearing after an operation does not work anymore

Simply, tag options set to clear after an operation, do not clear them.

The following STR can be followed to easily reproduce this bug:

1. Set tag selection to clear after an operation in options: Browser > Tag
2. Tag two or more images in the browser (so, which selection to use dialogue for operation appears)
3. Move the image to some other folder using move to and using tags selection
4. You can now use the show all tagged images view to see that the tags have not cleared after the move operation

An erratic scenario I encountered afterwards:

- You can try moving the files again to some other folder but this will not work, even the use which selection dialogue will not appear as if there are no tagged images. There will also be no error.
- You can move the files only by going to some other folder. But a second attempt from that folder will again fail with no error.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.4.0. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
