JPEG Not available in output??

I need to convert HEIC files to JPEG, PNG, basically anything that Windows can open on it's own and is high quality. I'm on 22h2 windows 11 with XnConvert 7.126. Pls halp.

you didnt find JPEG in output format?

you don't have jpeg?

That is correct. JPEG is not available as an output option.

To be sure, in Tools > Settings... Formats -- Saving tab do you have JPEG / JIFF enabled?

I see that you are using XnConvert rather than XnView MP, the thread should really be moved there to avoid ongoing confusion.

I have downloaded a copy of XnConvert 1.96 ZIP, and on the Output tab with the tab below Same as original open I see this:

If this is not what you see, what do you see?
