1.03.1: clear selection on BW image is shifted

XnView: MP 0.96.4-1.03.1 - 32 bit and 64 bit
OS: Windows 10 - 64bit

Result of the Clear command applied to a selection on black-and-white image is shifted in x- and y-direction.

Effect: image change is different

To reproduce:
1. Open some file with black-and-white image.
2. Zoom some part of image.
3. Make rectangular selection by dragging the mouse with the left button pressed.
4. Press key Delete or choose a command Edit/Clear.
Actual behaviour (bug): The rectangle filled by a background color is shifted several pixels in x- and y-direction compared to a selection.

Expected behaviour: The rectangle filled by a background color should be placed at the location of the selection.

It seems, that it is the same bug as

which was fixed in version 1.4.3
